How do I request a refund?

Email [email protected] with your payment email and reason. We process refunds within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. You can also submit a refund request using the form above with the "Billing / Refund" category.

The food costs seem wrong for my items. What should I do?

AI estimates are approximately 85% accurate. For higher accuracy, upgrade to Pro which uses live BLS market data. You can also use the ingredient editor to manually adjust costs. If you believe there's a systematic error, please report it using the feedback form.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Click the "Manage Subscription" button in your Pro Dashboard. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel, update payment methods, or view invoices.
